The look and feel (the template) will be selected at random each time someone visits your site, there are several available.  If you want to fix the look and feel to one specific template or if you want it to work with your own domain name (new or existing) you can set this up within the Developers Area and there is a charge depending on what you select.  Obviously that is optional, you can have your random My Adult Site for free.

We have been reviewing the success of rental movies and have decided to combine all functionality surrounding rentals and clips together.  The systems for uploading and viewing movie clips are (as of Friday 23 November) far superior to the rentals area.

Uploading

• You can now upload multiple clips at once with a drag and drop interface on the desktop site.
• You can now take a video with your phone and upload it straight away in the WebApp.
• Movie clip uploads can be paused and resumed
• Choose your clip thumbnail once the movie is uploaded (or supply it manually)

Viewing

• All movie clips are protected with DRM including delivery on the WebApp (so they cannot be downloaded and shared, everyone must pay to view)
• Movie clips are delivered at a quality to support the device size and available bandwidth, so much better on mobile devices on 3G or 4G
• Movies clips are streamed, so the viewer only downloads what they see, they don't need to download the whole movie in order to jump to the end.

We will shortly be giving you the option to move your rentals over to the clips area.  We will be further enhancing the clips area so that:

• The minimum pricing rules are more real-world and based on duration and resolution (picture size), not file size.  We envisage this will result in a minimum price of .5 credits and a maximum of 10 credits.  (These were updated on 26 November 2018 to get nearer to these levels.  Take advantage of new lower SRPs via your Manage Library Page.)
• You will be able to provide a price for members to subscribe to all of your movies and/or all movies in a collection, for fixed durations or indefinitely.
• Longer term, you will be able to provide subscriptions models for all your profile content.

So for now, we would ask that you do not upload any movies that would normally be uploaded as rentals, and try the movie clip uploader instead.

Cards and wallets can be denominated in GBP, USD or EUR and issued to most parts of the World (unlike Cosmo Payment).  For our members in Asia this is the out-payment solution they have been waiting for since the demise of FirstChoice Pay.

• Private Gallery Face Pictures - When you upload new pictures to your Private Gallery you can denote that they show your face by starting the title with *f*.  (If you're using the WebApp on your smartphone, start the title with fp.  You can update your existing photos via your Manage Private Gallery page.  Do this because members can now search for providers with face pictures in their Private Gallery.  If you have them, you'll want to be included.
   
• Client Connections - now shows members who have signed up to receive an alert when you upload new content.
   
• Feature Private Gallery & Movies, now on WebApp - Members featuring their private gallery or movies are now enjoying increased exposure due to changes on the WebApp that show featured content on it's entry page.  (What's the WebApp?  Visit the Site from your smartphone and you will be taken there automatically.)  More info: Private Gallery - Movie Clips.
   
• The Help Centre - now allows you to search for articles pertaining to your member type, namely offering services.  This keeps the clutter of seeking services articles away from you.
   
• Support Contact Form - If you can't find what you're looking for in the Help Centre, you can now write in using the Member Enquiries form here.  Every Site page has a "Contact" link at the bottom that will take you there.

For example, you can now define that any one member can only cam with you in free mode for a maximum of 10 minutes within any 3 hour period.

If you wish to make use of this feature, you may configure it via your DirectCam Settings page, (normally accessible via your Edit Profile Page).  Remember, free mode is for previewing your face, environment and conversational skills.  If clients want to chat they should enter a paid for mode.

As a response to requests from members that fall into the above genders groups, we have now tweaked the Featured Profile Scheme to allow members of these persuasions to participate.  As these providers are in less demand than others, the pricing has been considerably reduced.  Guys, couples and TV/TS members should now revisit the Feature Profile Page and learn about the benefits featuring their profile can bring. Group members should be aware that group managers have always had total access to your credits, your profile details and login credentials.  Providing them with this facility allows for the set-up of more controlled groups of self-managing service providers.  If you do not trust your group manager with any aspect of your profile or it's finances, you should remove yourself from the group immediately.

Some of the multiple choice interview question answers have been grouped so that you may search for people with a range of answers versus a specific answer.  For example, you can now search for people that are short, average or tall versus having to choose a specific height such as 5'10".  See the Interview Tab on the Search Page for the full list of "grouped" questions.

Whilst there might be the odd glitch in the immediate term, no lasting effects are envisaged.  The Site will always be accessible on the .co.uk address.  You will note the URL switching to .com when you pass the entry page.

You should ensure that your email rules and filters are set-up to allow emails from anything @adultwork.com, especially no-reply@adultwork.com .

Members making use of direct links into profiles, groups, blogs and other pages will not be affected in any way, these links will continue to work.  For good measure you should update them to .com as and when you get the opportunity.  Links and javascript files that form part of the Member Referral scheme will also remain unaffected and, most importantly, valid referrals to .co.uk or .com will still be credited to you.

Members that email movies (info) or blog posts (info) into the Site should change the domain name they send to, to .com.

Experienced members and visitors wanting a trouble-free visit will have added the Site's URL to their "trusted sites" list and enabled pop-ups in any pop-up blocking toolbar/software that they may have installed.  These settings will need to be re-done for the new domain name in order for them to continue to use the site effectively.
